1. Instructions for use:
1. Initialize self-test
Power on, turn on (power), hear the buzzer, the system automatically detects whether the two doors are closed. If one door is not closed, the buzzer starts to alarm (the buzzer continuously buzzes) to remind the user to close both doors. If the buzzer stops ringing, the system starts to work normally.
2. Work normally
If door A is opened, door B is locked. (If door A is not closed for A long time, the buzzer alarms) Employees enter the airlock, close door A (door B is open), employees open door B (door A is locked), employees enter the clean area (if door B is not closed for a long time, the buzzer alarms), and then close door B, door A is opened, and the process from the unclean area to the clean area is over.
If door B is opened, door A is locked. (If door B is not closed for A long time, the buzzer alarms) Employees enter the airlock room, close door B (door A is open), employees open door A (door B is locked), employees enter the unclean area (if door A is not closed for a long time, the buzzer alarms), and then close door A, door B is opened, and the process from clean area to unclean area is over.

First, the working principle
1, turn on the power switch after the power supply, the two doors are closed, the system starts to work normally. When the outer door is opened, the other inner door is automatically locked, the employee enters the air lock room, must close the outer door, in order to open the inner door, and then close the inner door.
2, when a door is open for 10 seconds and still not closed, the buzzer will sound (dud-dud-dudu) to remind the user to close the door.
3, when one door is opened 180 seconds later, the other door is automatically unlocked.
4, in the case of power failure, the electric lock will be automatically unlocked, and both doors can be opened.
5, If there is an emergency, you can press the reset button to force the unlock.
Second, installation method
1, electric lock installation: open a diameter 32mm round hole (electric lock installation hole) and a diameter 18mm round hole (door magnetic switch installation hole) in the door frame, insert the electric lock connection line in the direction of the slot and then insert the lock body, and then drill two 4.2mm round holes according to the fixed holes on the lock plate, and fix them with 4*10mm core-pulling aluminum rivets. Connect the door status sensor cable to the door status sensor.
2, lock plate installation: after the lock body is installed, according to the position of the lock plate to determine the position of the lock plate, and then according to the shape of the lock plate on the side of the door to open a 45mm*35mm rectangular hole, put the lock plate and then use the same method to fix the lock plate.
3, door magnetic switch installation: door magnetic switch B installed on the door, open A diameter of 18mm round hole, the opening hole should be aligned with the door magnetic switch A. (Please refer to the installation diagram for electric lock, lock plate and door magnetic switch)
4. Indicator light installation: The indicator light is installed next to or in a more eye-catching position, and the opening size is 130mm*50mm. The indicator can be inserted into either of two ports.
5, the control box installation: the control box is fixed at the top of the airlock, the two connecting lines are connected to the electric lock, and the 220V power supply can be used normally.
Iii. Precautions:
1. The chain must be used in conjunction with door closers or ordinary door locks. It is best to install three closed leaves to prevent the door from sagging, so as not to affect the uniformity of the lock piece. When the door gap is large, the rubber board is used to adjust the gap between the lock and the stainless steel lock piece. Lock plate and electric lock panel must be aligned.
2. Please note the direction when inserting the cable into the lock body and control box.

4. Troubleshooting
1, there is no reaction after power: a, check whether the power socket has 220V; b, check whether the fuse is disconnected;
